ReplyDeleteMy grandmother used to make such masterpieces which she called "sea flowers". Though she knew nothing about geometry, euclidean or non euclidean, she could see the beauty in it !

I find working with textiles very relaxing. Even if you don't know about geometry, there is a lot of Maths involved in crochet, cross stitch, knitting. And results are reasonable, beautiful, ordered. So, not only music but needle work has connection with Maths.
